Never turning her back on friends, the Sailor Moon reunion at Anime Expo 2014 welcomes Toby Proctor (Tuxedo Mask, seasons 1 and 2), Mary Long (Molly Baker), Ron Rubin (Artemis), and John Stocker (voice director and voice of many bit parts). They will be joining previously-announced, Linda Ballantyne (Sailor Moon, seasons 3 and 4), Susan Roman (Sailor Jupiter), Katie Griffin (Sailor Mars), Karen Bernstein (Sailor Mercury, seasons 1 and 2), and Stephanie Morgenstern (Sailor Venus, seasons 1 and 2), for the Sailor Moon panel as well as holding individual autograph sessions.

Toby Proctor has been involved in the entertainment industry for over 30 years. He started on stage at the age of 8 playing the lead role of Little Lord Fauntleroy at the Confederation Centre for the Performing Arts in Prince Edward Island. He then moved on to performing in many Canadian series as a guest star as well as US features. Toby played Dirk Tackleberry in Police Academy: The Series. He also voiced Flash in the Flash Gordon animated series in 1996. Most notably, he voiced the character Tuxedo Mask in Sailor Moon. Although he spends most of his time working behind the scenes in casting these days, his most impressive production to date is raising his three little ones, Sydney, Ellie, and Sam, with his amazing wife Kaite.
Mary Long began her acting career at the age of 8 when she starred as the title character in live action/puppet series, Maggie Muggins on Canadian Broadcasting Network. From there she continued working in television, films, and radio.
In addition to her many radio dramas and television commercial appearances, she is especially known for her voiceover work in series such as Sailor Moon, Beyblade, Harriet the Spy, The Adventures of Richard Scarrey and many , many more.
She continues to work in the Theatre and has graced the stages of Can Stage, Tarragon, Young People’s Theatre, and the Shaw Festival, and Winnipeg’s Manitoba Theatre Centre. Ms. Long is the proud owner and operator of StageCoach Theatre Arts School in Toronto, Ontario which trains kids in acting, dance, and singing with an emphasis on performing in the musical theatre.
With over thirty years of experience as an actor, writer and animation voiceover performer, Ron Rubin’s versatility continues to garner international recognition. The recipient of numerous awards for his work on television, radio and stage, Ron’s unique and original vocal characterizations can be heard in countless animated shows including series leads in the Emmy award-winning Beetlejuice (Doombuggy), X-Men (Morph) and Avengers (Vision), C.O.P.S. (Dr Badvibes), DiGata Defenders (Flinch), Angela Ananconda (Uncle Nicky), Police Academy (Lt Mahoney), Kratts’ Creatures (Ttark), Captain Flamingo (Quantum Vigilante), SideKick (Master XOX) and the recent Care Bear’s ‘Big Wish’ movie (Messy Bear) just to name a few. Anime-wise Ron has voiced Exostriker and Stronk in Bakugan, Mechtanium Surge in Hello Kitty among many others. But one of his most popular characters continues to be Artemis the cat, which he voiced throughout the entire run of the original Sailor Moon series. Ron studied acting at the Neighbourhood Playhouse in New York and has performed with the renowned improvisational troupe Second City as well as having toured North America as a featured Stand Up performer. Ron has recently created and optioned a new animation series of his own.
For over 4 decades, John Stocker has been a recognized force in the acting industry. He began his career as an on-camera performer, working with the likes of John Candy, Dan Ackroyd, Rick Moranis, Gilda Radner, William Shatner and Mark Wahlberg, before settling solely, but comfortably into the off-camera world, where he has voiced many thousands of commercials and hundreds of animated characters. Stocker is most recognized for some of his classic roles – Beastly in Care Bears, Longarm in COPS, Toad in Super Mario Brothers, Newton Gimmick in The Adventures of Teddy Ruxpin, Creed in X-Men, Basil in Babar, Bugsy in Dog City and both Naga and King Zenoheld in Bakugan. Still busy today, John is the voice of Mr. Owl in Franklin, Mission Control in Rob the Robot and Mayor Swift in Sidekick.
Over the years, John diversified his career to include voice casting, voice coaching, (both commercial and animation), demo production, and the discipline that keeps him busiest, voice directing. He’s been at the helm for many dozens of productions, including Totally Spies, Caillou, Redakai, Mike the Knight, (the original) Beyblade, Medabots, Ella the Elephant and of course, the one that started his voice directing career, the one and only Sailor Moon. Although he primarily acted as voice director for Sailor Moon, Stocker also lent his voice to countless bit roles.
