Late Comedy Showdown celebrates its 10th Anniversary with a special performance by AmaLee and a special gift to all ticket holders!
At Late Comedy Showdown, finalists compete in three rounds to determine the winner in a battle of comedic wits! All audience members will receive a free gift with ticket purchases as well as an automatic raffle entry for a chance to win one of three video game consoles!
Round 1: Stand Up Comedy – Entrants battle it out with their own stand up sets.
Round 2: Anime Improve with Interactive Participation – Let’s watch the competitors prove their improve skills.
Round 3: Final Showdown – The last two contestants go head to head in this final comedic challenge.
Prize: The Late Comedy Showdown Winner will receive the LCS 2017 “I’m Funnier Than You” Trophy, an AX 2018 Badge, and a special invitation to be a LCS 2018 Judge!

- 18+ age restriction, must have a photo ID showing date of birth in addition to wristband and badge for entry. No wristband, no entry. Also, no refund if ticket holder is found to be under age.
- WILL CALL ticketed event. MUST come to the Ticketing Booth at least 4 hours before start of event to pick up wristband for admission. Ticket holder required to come in person and bring the following items to receive their wristband for event admission:

- Anime Expo badge
- Valid photo ID with date of birth
