Voice actor Johnny Yong Bosch will attend Anime Expo 2010 as an official co-host of the fan-favorite competition, AX Idol. As the frontman for the edge rock band, Eyeshine, Johnny & his band will also open the AX Idol event with a mini-set of 3 songs.

Johnny Yong Bosch is a two-time American Anime Award nominee who made his debut as Adam, the Black Ranger on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. He appeared in over 200 episodes and both big screen versions of the series. He’s also known for his voice work as Vash in Trigun, Kaneda in Akira, Ichigo in Bleach, Claus in Last Exile, Saku in Beck, Mike in Please Twins, Lelouch in Code Geass, Kiba in Wolf’s Rain, and Nero in Devil May Cry 4.
