Introducing... the AX Rewards Program!

You’re going to tell your friends to come with you to Anime Expo anyway – so why not get rewarded for it? Earn cool prizes, such as 4-day pass upgrades, discounts on AX merchandise, and even FREE hotel nights. It’s easy to earn points – just pass along your unique priority code to family and friends. When they register using your priority code, you earn a point. When you collect enough points, you can redeem them for prizes. Not yet registered for AX? Register today to start earning your AX 2012 rewards.

How to Get Prizes:

  1. If you've already purchased an AX pass, you have been auto-enrolled in the program and should be receiving an email with your username and password - click here to login. If you have not received an email, you can contact Customer Service at (800) 619-7689 or AnimeReg@cmrus.com.
  2. Whenever you tell a friend about AX, be sure to send them the custom registration link with your promo code or post the link via Facebook, Twitter, and anime blogs and forums – that way you can accumulate points for each friend who registers using your code.
  3. Monitor your referrals online through your Rewards Program account to see how many points you’ve earned and what prizes you can get!

Redeeming Your Prizes:

  1. Whenever any friend registers for ANY Anime Expo pass, you get 1 point. One registration equals one point.
  2. You need a minimum of 5 points to start redeeming prizes, but every time you redeem, you start back at 0. (NOTE: This does NOT take you out of the running for the Grand Prize winner, which is tallied based on overall points earned.)
  3. One Grand Prize winner (the person with the most cumulative points total) will receive 4 free hotel nights at the Westin Bonaventure, 2 tickets to all Main Events and 2 Premier Fan 4-day passes for AX 2013!

What You Can Win:

  • 5 points: 20% Discount at the on-site merchandise store
  • 10 points: 30% Discount at the on-site merchandise store
  • 15 points: 40% Discount at the on-site merchandise store
  • 20 points: Upgrade from 1-day or 2-day to 4-day package
  • 35 points: (1) Free hotel night at the Westin Bonaventure
  • 50 points: (3) Free hotel nights at the Westin Bonaventure and (2) 4-day passes for AX 2012

Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

  • The Anime Expo Rewards Program is a benefit for registered attendees for Anime Expo 2012 only. Attendees must be at least 13 years old to participate.
  • All registration fees are refundable in full within 30 days of registering. After 30 days, any canceled registrations are non-refundable, but will be transferred to next year’s Anime Expo. Canceled Anime Expo 2012 registrations are no longer eligible for the 2012 Rewards Program.
  • Attendee will use their unique registration confirmation number and email address to access the AX Rewards interface where they can track their referrals.
  • Whenever an attendee tells a friend about AX, they can send the custom registration link or post their code via Facebook, Twitter, and anime blogs and forums to accumulate points for each friend who registers using their code.
  • Attendee may monitor their referrals online through their Rewards Program account to see how many points they’ve earned and what prizes they are eligible to receive.
  • Redeeming Prizes: Whenever any friend registers for ANY AX pass, the attendee gets 1 point. One registration equals one point.
  • Attendees need a minimum of 5 points to start redeeming prizes, but every time they redeem, they start back at 0.   • The deadline to refer friends for the Rewards Program is June 24, 2012 for prizes at Anime Expo 2012. If you decide not to redeem your points for Anime Expo 2012, points can be carried over to count toward Anime Expo 2013 prizes. Those with unredeemed points will be sent a special link after Anime Expo 2012, through which you can register for Anime Expo 2013 and begin adding to your carried-over points from Anime Expo 2012.
  • Points have no cash value.
  • Attendee registrations and Rewards Program points are not transferable.
