Schedule: Friday and Sunday from opening till closing.
After the departure of Thuy Trang, the original Mighty Morphin’ Yellow Ranger, Saban Entertainment set-out a nation-wide search for an actress who could take the role far beyond the tittle of "replacement." Karan Ashley’s diverse talents in acting, dancing and on-screen persona redefined the yellow power ranger character, and made her character’s name, Aisha Campbell, a household name, overnight. Karan joined the cast as the new Mighty Morphin’ Yellow Ranger in 1994, alongside fellow newcomers, Johnny Yong Bosch as "Adam," and Steve Cardenas as "Rocky."
Karan stayed on the show for two years, and starred in the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers feature film, with filming locations in the US and Australia. She left the show in 1996 to expand her acting career. Since then, Karan has made made guest appearances in TV shows, such as "Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper," "One on one," "Kenan and Kel," "The Steve Harvey show," and "The Parkers," just to name a few.
Her first big debut as editor and executive producer was the independent film "Devon’s ghost," alongside fellow Power Ranger actor, Johnny Yong Bosch and executive producer Koichi Sakamoto, fight-stunt coordinator for Power Rangers. While she also co-wrote Devon’s Ghost, her first writing staple came with the film "Unto Dee" in 1997. She co-wrote the film with Gia and Tim Grace, and she also starred in it.
"Aisha, the Mighty Morphin’ Yellow Power Ranger," will be there Friday and Sunday, only, from 10:00 until closing time.
