Okay folks I have two that have yet to be said so far....

Most perverted female: Mitsune "Kitsune" from love Hina. I love this character because even though she is often teasing Keitaro she says some ridiculous things that just come off perverted. Ex:Keitaro runs out the room with panties (accidentally) on his head and she shouts "pay for them!"...ridiculous.

Most Perverted Male: The teacher from Bakuhatsu campus Gaurdress...don't know his name but he would always address the main character with his head under her skirt....till she sent him flying lolz

Hmmmm.....has anyone ever seen a GAY perverted character? I've seen some shows where gay characters are implied but i've never seen a gay pervert.
