hmmm, i noticed that their is no Yakitate Japan, and why is their no Clamp gathering, isn't Clamp going to be at anime expo, why not a have a Clamp gathering.

The gathering time and locations are debated amongst the forum members in cosplay.com. for clamp, they probably haven't decided which day to do so but there is definitely a thread up and about, and probably the same for yakitake japan. if you would like to start one, then you can do so on cosplay.com in the AX forums =)
