Creator Tickets:

Reserved seating has been set up for the AMV Creators and their guests. (Each creator listed on the submission form will receive one ticket for themselves and one ticket for a guest).

Tickets will be handed out at the AMV Q&A Panel Friday afternoon. I am aware that some of the creators are planning on attending the SKIN concert. I'll be posting an alternative pick-up time and place to accommodate this shortly. (Just check this post again I will edit it and post the details).

Contest Changes:

We have been re-scheduled to have the awards ceremony on Monday in LP1 at 1:30 pm. This now allows us to use balloted voting instead of the "much disliked" voice meter. No other changes at this time.


We can't wait to see you all this Friday! Until then...

The long wait was worth it, I consider it early this year. :D

Looks like the video I'm proxying for made it in, yay! Good luck to you all and I hope you guys give us an awesome show. ;)

It'll be nice to only be a spectator this year.

Didn't make it in again this year! Oh well, better luck next year! And good luck to the guys that made it to the semi-finals! I'll cheer ya guys on when Im there!

OMG!!!!! I MADE IT!!! 5 SEASONS OF EVOLUTION MADE IT!!!! *has a heart attack* I am proud that I'll be representing Digimon in this contest!!

Exactly what I had feared. The same thing happened to me two years ago. I won audience vote for drama at FanimeCon, but the video didn't make the finals at AX. Last year, my drama video didn't make the finals at FanimeCon, but won Best of Show at AX.

Guess Fanime is a jinx......

Ah, well. I suppose it was meant to be. I had already cancelled my plans to attend the awards ceremony when I found out earlier that it was not going to happen.

Hahaha. I knew I wouldn't make it in. Thank goodness. I would've been really embarassed if my Kenshin AMV had made it in, cuz then everyone would SEE it. It was really bad this year...


On the bright side! Narmolanya's video made it in. Congrats, dear.

(I told her she'd get in, but she just wouldn't believe me. )

I'm gonna cry...my 2nd year, I made it, and I was thinking of making a new vid for next year because I thought I wasnt gonna make it.

Well you had a great teacher, right? lol Some of us kinda learned on our own and took longer to make great vids.
