Tired of wearing your cosplay costume all day around the convention but don’t want to go back to the hotel to change?

Pricing

$1 – Small Items: Camera’s, mini backpack purses, fannie packs, purses, small bags, figurine, registration bags, light jacket etc. Items that fit into a 12″x12″x12″ box. (1728in³) (Think of small personal items)

$2 – Medium Items: Day Packs, medium backpack, medium duffle bags, regular bags (shopping bag), heavy jacket. Items that can fit into a 12 gallon plastic crate. (Think of carry on luggage size, 20″x12″x16″; 3840 in³, 2.2 ft³)

$3 – Large Items: Large back packs, oversize bags, irregular shape objects (swords, large picture frames, etc) oversized cosplay props, cosplay costumes, large suit cases, large duffle bags, etc. Items larger than a 12 gallon plastic crate up to 50 pounds. (Think of item you have to check in when going on a plane, 28″x12″x20″, 6720 in³, 3.9 ft³).

$5 and up – Unusual circumstances item: This category is for extreme condition items; items over 50 lbs requiring two people to move or special attention items ie delicate cosplay costumes or props (delicate hand crafted wigs or wings, fancy sequin ballroom gowns etc), or extremely large props (8’ swords, 6’ crosses or coffins) etc. Items over 50 lbs will be charge $1 for each additional 10 lbs. Items in this category are price accordingly to the circumstances. In out privileges will be based on half the check in price rounded to the lowest whole dollar amount. For example a $5 item would cost $2 to check in. $8 or $9 items would cost $4 to check back in.

Specials

$10 – Day Special: Any size item (except for unusual circumstances item) with unlimited in out privileges. Bag must be picked up at the end of the day before bag check closes otherwise appropriate overnight fees will be charged.

$25 – All Con Special: Any size item (except for unusual sized items) with unlimited in/out privileges throughout the convention. Certain conditions apply: Item must be picked up at the end of the day before bag check closes otherwise will be charged the appropriate overnight fee.

Check in procedure

  1. Bring your item over to the check in cashier.
  2. Cashier will assess and charge the appropriate fees.
  3. Pay the cashier and receive your claim ticket.
  4. Put your name and phone number on the bottom half of the claim ticket.
  5. Ticket master will date stamp your half of the ticket and take your bag.
  6. Enjoy the convention.

In/Out Policy

In/out privileges will be allowed if both side of the ticket are present. In/out fee is $1 per access. The fee will be charged when the item is brought back with both halves of the ticket. If either half of the ticket is lost, bag will have to be checked back in and the day fee will be charged again. Please make sure you get everything you need before checking your item in. Items retrieved from the back will be considered returned and checked out even if you just need to get an item from the bag then returned back to storage. We cannot keep track of items check in so you can recheck in a different bag as long as you have both ticket halves and the item you check back in is the same size or smaller. Medium size tickets may check back small items but may not check in large items. No upgrades are allowed.

Overnight Fee

Bags must be picked up before bag check closes. Any bags not picked up at the end of the day will be charged an overnight storage fee. Overnight fee is $10 for all items. Items must be picked up by 12:00 pm the next day. If item is not picked up by 12:00pm, bag is considered to be checked in for another day and an additional day fee will be charged. For example, large item is checked in the first day of con and not picked up til 4:30 pm the next day. $3 for check in fee, $10 for overnight fee, $3 check in fee for the 2nd day since the item was picked up after 12:00pm.

Hours

Day 1: 9:00 am – 1:00 am

Day 2: 9:30 am – 1:00 am

Day 3: 9:30 am – 1:00 am

Day 4: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm

Bag Check-in closes one hour after main events starts (9:00 pm)

Lost Claim Tickets

Attendees should have their name on the claim ticket that is attached to the bag/item. Attendees must show proper ID or equivalent to claim items. A $5 lost ticket fee will be charged to recover your bag since extra time is required to go through to find your bag. We will check your ID and only release the item with the name on the ticket attached to the bag. The phone number provide is also a 2nd method to verify the owner of the bag and in case of items left behind, we have means of contacting the owner.
