AX Facts

Now in its twentieth year, Anime Expo® emphasizes cutting-edge, creative thinking as related to the manga, anime, gaming and related industries. Anime Expo is the nation’s largest anime/manga convention and serves to foster trade, commerce and the interests of the general public and animation/comics industry. This event serves as a key meeting place for the general public to express their interest and explore various aspects of anime/manga, as well as for members of the industry to conduct business.

This is the place where the brightest and most innovative minds meet to talk about ongoing industry trends and speculate on how these trends will impact the U.S. and international markets at large. Panel discussions, Exhibit Halls, SPJA Industry Conference and other events make up this one-of-a-kind conference in Los Angeles, California, held July 1 – 4.

Our attendees are made up of not just fans, but also of business leaders, enterprising students, trendsetters and many more who come to Anime Expo® looking for creative ideas and solutions. This is a unique opportunity to reach thousands of like-minded individuals in the anime and manga industry.

The Convention takes place July 1 – 4, 2011. This is a perfect place to showcase new developments and strengthen product branding. There are several creative opportunities for you to make an even bigger impact at this year’s event. Please contact Susan Celli at scelli@idgworldexpo.com for more information on how you can make Anime Expo a lucrative venture for you and your company.

Industry Conferences take place July 1 – 3, 2011. This premiere industry and press event is a place for professionals to meet and discuss the state of the industry – where it was, where it is and where it is going. Other topics include possible solutions for industry-wide obstacles and struggles, as well as a place to discuss industry successes. It is also an opportunity to meet and network with other professionals for potential future joint opportunities.
