Transportation is provided between the Los Angeles Convention Center and the official Anime Expo® hotels listed on this flyer either for those who booked rooms in the AX room block or have purchased an AX bus pass from the Registration Hall (West Hall B). Information signs will be posted in the lobby of each hotel that is included in this transportation service. Check the sign in your hotel lobby for additional information and changes. If you have questions about the transportation or if you need to make an advance reservation for a wheelchair-accessible shuttle, please see the Anime Expo transportation coordinator at the convention center.

Bus service will not be provided to the Holiday Inn City Center or the Figueroa Hotel which are within walking distance of the Los Angeles Convention Center between the hours of 7 AM to 2 AM.

Transportation Operation Schedule*

Wednesday, July 1st: Limited service from the LACC to the Westin Bonaventure from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm.

Thursday, July 2nd – Sunday, July 5th: Service every 20 – 30 minutes from 7:00 am to 2:00 AM except for Sunday, July 5th when service will end at 7:00 pm that evening.

Limited service is provided from 2:00 am to 7:00 am between the hotels listed above. Service is only provided from the hotels to other hotels as there are no events occurring at the Los Angeles Convention Center during these hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Anime Expo staff will be checking credentials (either wristbands provided by the hotels or AX bus passes ($20) sold at Guest Services in the Registration Hall) at the Los Angeles Convention Center prior to boarding the buses. There will be a limited number of AX bus passes sold.

We request that large prop items (items that cannot fit in your lap) not be transported on the buses between the hours of 8 am to 10 am in order to accommodate as many guests as possible on the buses during these peak hours. Thank you for you understanding.
