SPJA/Anime Expo® will process refunds for attendees that have pre-registered and paid for attendance to the 2008 Anime Expo® if the request is made via e-mail or telephone to our Registration customer service by the posted deadline.
Our refund deadline is June 20th, 2008.
Refunds or downgrades after this date will not be accepted and there are NO EXCEPTIONS.
If the refund is requested after the deadline, we can do a one-time transfer of your membership to the next year’s Anime Expo®.
