The shut off for all Society for the Promotion of Japanese Animation - Anime Expo® block hotels is on June 10, 2010 at 3:00pm PDT (6:00pm EDT). All inquires for new reservations, changes and cancellations to reservations for the Anime Expo® received by the Experient Customer Service department will be directed to the Anime Expo® block hotels after the above cut-off date. Cancellations with the hotel must be made no later than 72 hours prior to reserved arrival date. Please do not contact your assigned hotel directly before 6/10/10.
