Refund

Last updated on March 2, 2010 for AX2010.

SPJA/Anime Expo® will process refunds for attendees that have pre-registered and paid for attendance to the Anime Expo® 2010 if the request is made via e-mail or telephone to our Registration customer service by the posted deadline.

Our refund deadline is June 10, 2010.

Refunds or downgrades after this date will not be accepted and there are NO EXCEPTIONS.

If the refund is requested after the deadline, we can do a one-time transfer of your badge to next year’s Anime Expo®.
