Get Ready for the Next Adventure! Here is the information you need for the AX 2023 Official Hotel Block~!
Please note that ConferenceDirect is the official housing provider for Anime Expo and the only place to book rooms at the AX 2023 Hotel Block rates. If you choose to use another hotel booking site or book directly with the hotel, any customer service inquiries must be handled by the respective booking service that you used.
Hotel Block Dates
The AX Official Hotel Block is separated into the following groups: Exhibitor, Artist Alley, and General Attendee. Rates and cancellation policies vary per hotel but will be the same for all groups in the AX Official Hotel Block. Please see below to find out when each block will be available:
- Exhibitor, Artist Alley, and General Attendee Hotel Blocks Open:
January 24 @ 1 PM PT
Each group will receive an email with the respective link to their Hotel Block before launch.
Booking Guidelines & Tips:
- Have your Showclix Confirmation Number ready! Input your number into the Showclix Number Field when reserving.
- A valid credit card is needed to make a reservation.
- Reservations are non-transferable.
- Depending on the hotel, you must be at least 18 or 21 years of age to check into a room.
- To avoid errors while booking your reservation, do not have the hotel booking site open in multiple tabs or windows.
- Once you have selected your room nights, we recommend that you complete your personal and payment information within 5 minutes. If you do not complete the reservation within this time, your room nights may be taken by another attendee.
All hotels are subject to availability. On the Hotel Booking Policies page, you can find information about each hotel’s amenities, cancellation policies, and more. The pricing below is provided for planning purposes only and does not account for taxes, upgrades, or any other additional fees that may apply.
Cancellation:
- Any reservations that are canceled after 11:59 PM on March 31, 2023 will be assessed a $100 fee per room.
- Earlier cancellations will help allow for as many attendees as possible to be able to utilize the available hotel space during Anime Expo 2023. Please note that all hotels’ respective policies will still apply. As such, cancellations made closer to your arrival date (48-72 hours or 7 days) will result in an increased fee equal to one night’s room and tax.
