After starting their first comic in 1987, they released various comic at Comiket. They made their publishing debut with Honoo wa Kaze no Na no Gotoku in Shonen Big Comic Zokan. They have created a number of manga works and illustrations including the manga adaptation of the series The Legend of Zelda.

From 1998 to 2008, the duo drew and authored ten volumes, covering the stories of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of TimeMajora’s MaskOracle of SeasonsOracle of AgesFour SwordsThe Minish CapA Link to the Past, and Phantom Hourglass. In 2011, they created a prologue manga for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.

In 2010, the duo won the Sheikh Zayed Award in children’s literature for their Arabic manga GoldRing and the Sondermann Reading Award for Best Manga in the International Manga category for The Legend of Zelda. In 2016, Zelda manga series returned with the release of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Vol.1.
