Premier Fan Hotel Booking Block – Limited Availability
Hotel booking made easier with a designated booking block. The Premier Fan Hotel Block is reserved strictly for Premier Fans and is not part of the general attendee housing block. Due to limited inventory, a hotel reservation in the Premier Fan block is not guaranteed.

Early Exhibit Hall Access
Beat the crowd and gain an additional hour in the Exhibit Hall prior to general admission into the hall. This benefit is only for opening day.
Easier Entry to Panels
In order to best take advantage of this offering, we recommend that you arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the panel. The Premier Fan line will be let into the room prior to the general attendee line. Premier Fans, who are not in the early entry line when admittance is granted, must enter through the general attendee line. Please see our programming policies for more information.
Exclusive Premier Fan Pack (Swag Bag)
Every Premier Fan who stops by the Premier Fan Lounge during the show will receive an exclusive Premier Fan Pack. These “swag bags” may include: an Anime Expo mini-poster, an exclusive Premier Fan lanyard, and promotional items from exhibitors and sponsors, based on availability. Promotional items are not guaranteed and will vary from year to year, based on availability.
$50 Discount Code to Apply to a Ticketed Event
As part of your Premier Fan Badge, you will be given a $50 discount code that can be applied to 1 ticket for one ticketed event. Please note that the concerts you can apply your ticket will vary from year to year as our programming and events offerings take time to plan and organize before we can make official announcements. Additionally, due to the possibility of different arrangements with artist management and industry partners, there may be some restrictions for events such as certain allotment of tickets set aside for Premier Fans.
Pre-Sale Purchase Period for Additional Event Tickets
For highly-anticipated events, you won’t want to fight with other attendees to secure your ticket. When possible, there will be an exclusive pre-sale period of 48 hours in order to make your Anime Expo experience smooth and enjoyable. Due to the possibility of different arrangements with artist management and industry partners, there may be some restrictions for ticketed event pre-sale periods.
Guest of Honor POP-IN visits to the Premier Fan Lounge
Celebrity guest and guests of honor will make special appearances at the lounge throughout the convention.

Anime Expo will ship badges to orders within the U.S. & Canada. 4-Day, 1-Day, Pre-Show, badges may begin shipping as early as April of 2018. Premier Fan badges will ship in June. You will receive a shipping confirmation before the badges are mailed out. We will be shipping to one address only per order, so be sure to put the SAME shipping address for each attendee when purchasing tickets. If you have made multiple orders, you will receive them separately. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to update your shipping address.
If you have a badge transferred from 2017 or are an international attendee (with the exception of Canada), you must pick-up your badge onsite.
Last day to change your shipping address: TBA (April)
The deadline to edit the shipping address is mid-April. Badges purchased after this date will still be mailed until the mailing cut-off in mid-June (TBA, estimated 1-3 weeks before 7/4/2018).
If you do not receive your badge within 7-10 days (US) or 12-14 days (CAN) from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email, please contact email@example.com
Badges will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.
Badges unable to be delivered for any reason (lost in transit/returned to sender/dog ate it…etc) must be picked-up when you arrive onsite. There are no exceptions to this policy.
You will be able to pick-up your lanyard and program guide when you arrive onsite as these items will not be shipped in advance.
Shipping is the only option available for attendees in the United States & Canada unless a badge is purchased after the mailing cutoff in mid-June (TBA, estimated 1-3 weeks before 7/4/2018).
Shipping fees include shipping, handling, and badge activation.
