4-Day Premier Access + Benefits
Premier Fans will receive a unique badge with 4-Day access to Anime Expo plus access to the Premier Fan Lounge and many other benefits. You will also receive a specially-designed lanyard, as a mark of distinction, in your swag bag.
Exclusive Hotel Block
The Premier Fan block is reserved strictly for Premier Fans and is not part of the general attendee housing block. This block will consist of three of the hotels which are closest to the convention center. The earlier you contact Par Avion or complete your hotel reservations through the Passkey website to reserve your room, the more likely you will be able to get your top choice. The Premier Fan hotel block will be available at the end of 2015, after all Premier Fan badges have been sold. The block will be available until a set deadline TBD or until the last housing block sells out. After that date, any remaining rooms in the block will be released to general attendees.
PLEASE NOTE: All Premier Fan rooms are self-pay and require a credit card to make the reservation. A list of available hotels will be listed on the Passkey website when you use the housing code provided to you via email, after your Premier Fan Badge purchase. Once the reservation has been made, there is a penalty for any cancellations.

Early Exhibit Hall Access
Beat the crowd and gain an additional hour in the Exhibit Hall prior to general admission into the hall. This benefit is only for opening day on Thursday.
Early Entertainment Hall Access
Get some extra time in the Entertainment Hall to check out the game demos, cosplay areas, and more.
Premier Fan Priority Entry to Panels
In order to best take advantage of this offering, we recommend that you arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the panel. The Premier Fan line will be let into the room prior to the general attendee line. Please see our programming policies for more information.
Exclusive Premier Fan Pack (Swag Bag)
Every Premier Fan who stops by the Premier Fan Lounge during the show will receive an exclusive Premier Fan Pack. These “swag bags” may include: an Anime Expo mini-poster, an exclusive Premier Fan lanyard, and promotional items from exhibitors and sponsors, based on availability. Promotional items are not guaranteed and will vary from year to year, based on availability.
One Ticket to Apply to a Ticketed Event
As part of your Premier Fan Badge, you are securing a ticket for an Anime Expo ticketed event, such as Masquerade and concerts. Please note that the concerts you can apply your ticket to will vary from year to year, as our programming and event offerings take time to plan and organize before we can make official announcements. Additionally, due to the possibility of different arrangements with artist management and industry partners, there may be some restrictions for events such as a certain allotment of tickets set aside for Premier Fans, which will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Pre-Sale Purchase Period for Additional Event Tickets
For highly-anticipated events, you won’t want to fight with other attendees to secure your ticket. When possible, there will be an exclusive pre-sale period of 48 hours in order to make your Anime Expo experience smooth and enjoyable. Please note that this may or may not be the time to select the event which you would like to apply your Premier Fan ticket to. Due to the possibility of different arrangements with artist management and industry partners, there may be some restrictions for ticketed event pre-sale periods.

REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
Your refund request must be received within 30 days of your registration purchase date. After 30 days, you may still edit your registration or transfer your badge to the following year. Fees will be applied to transfers for the following year. Deadline for any registration refunds, edits, and transfer, is June 1st, 2016 regardless of when purchase was made.
