- Each applicant will be limited to a total of three (3) programmed panels.
- Submissions are due by 11:59PM on May 2, 2014.
- Any requested changes in scheduling are up to the sole discretion of SPJA entertainment management. Any changes that result in a breach of contract will be referred to legal.
DISCLAIMER: Any potential panelist under the age of 18 must have a liability waiver on file before being considered. This form is provided and completed during the registration process for attendee badges.
