4DX and Anime Expo are thrilled to announce the first annual 4DX Anime Film Fest, taking place July 3 & 4! Attendees will be able to experience exclusive screenings of Detective Conan: Zero The Enforcer, Mobile Suit Gundam NT (Narrative) and Mobile Suit Gundam 00 the MOVIE – A Wakening of the Trailblazer- enhanced with immersive, multi-sensory 4DX motion and environmental effects! In addition, there will be a 30-minute Q&A panel with screenwriter and cast following the Mobile Suit Gundam NT (Narrative) screening to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the series.
The 4DX Anime Film Fest will be held at Regal LA Live (1000 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015). This event is free to AX attendees but due to limited capacity will be ticketed. Stay tuned for more info about ticketing!

About Harutoshi Fukui
Born in Sumida-ku, Tokyo, in 1968.
In 1998, he received the Edogawa Ranpo Award for “Twelve Y.O.” and started his career as a writer.
His notable novels are “Boukoku no Aegis (Aegis Without a Home Country)”, “Shusen no Lorelei (Lorelei at the War’s End)” and “Mobile Suit Gundam UC” among others.
Currently he mainly focuses on film productions and was involved in such titles as “Star Blazers: Space Battleship Yamato 2202” (series composition), “Mobile Suit Gundam NT” (screenplay) and “Kubo Ibuki (Aircraft Carrier Ibuki)” (planning) among others.
Anime Expo 2019 will run from July 4 through July 7 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, with Pre-Show Night on July 3, 2019.
