Born in Hong Kong and raised in the United States, Alan Wan began his career in 1999. He has since become an accomplished director and producer, for major studios such as Warner Bros., Disney, Nickelodeon, and Netflix. His projects have been nominated for the Primetime Emmy, BAFTA, and ASIFA Annie Awards.

In 2023, Alan co-founded Studio Giggex/GXS Productions. The studio’s debut project, “Sonic X Shadow Generations: Dark Beginnings”, was developed in partnership with Sega of America, Inc. It earned its first Annie Award nomination last year for “Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds – The Animation.”
