Billy Tringali is a Faculty Librarian at Indiana University Indianapolis and the Editor-in-Chief and Founder of the Journal of Anime and Manga Studies. Tringali is the Coordinator of the JAMS@AX Conference, and academic conference that takes place here at Anime Expo! Tringali has lectured about anime at cons like Anime Expo and New York Comic Con, universities like University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and conferenced like the Popular Culture Association. Tringali was named a Library Journal “Mover and Shaker” for his work with Anime Expo this year, and he is so excited to be here!
