Billy Tringali is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Anime and Manga Studies, the only open-access journal that publishes exclusively on anime, manga cosplay, and their fandoms. Trinali holds an MSLIS from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He additionally is the Academic Showrunner for the JAMS@AX Academic Symposium. Tringali is a Faculty Librarian at Indiana University Indianapolis.
