Born in Fuchu, Tokyo. Started her career as a manga artist on Weekly Shonen Champion (AKITASHOTEN) in 2016. Her first serialized work, BEASTARS was highly acclaimed and won numerous awards, such as the New Face Award of Japan Media Arts Festival.
SANDA which started in 2021, will be adapted as an anime by Science SARU. Currently, she is working on the serialization of Taika no Risei and Ushimitsugao on Weekly Shonen Champion and Champion Cross (Both from AKITASHOTEN.)
