After graduating from university, Toshikazu Tsuji joined the production studio AIC. After working at A-1 Pictures, he currently serves as an animation producer at CloverWorks. Among his many notable projects are PERSONA5 the Animation, Fairy Tail the Movie: Dragon Cry, Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend Fine, SHADOWS HOUSE, and WIND BREAKER.

Toshikazu Tsuji is the animation producer for WIND BREAKER, Rascal Does Not Dream of Santa Claus, and The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity.
