Billy Tringali is a Faculty Librarian at Indiana University Indianapolis and the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Anime and Manga Studies. Tringali is the Coordinator of the JAMS@AX Conference. Tringali was named a Library Journal "Mover and Shaker" for his work with Anime Expo this year!
Jordan Ikeda is a sports enthusiast and former sports editor who spent over a decade writing about sports and Asian America for the Rafu Shimpo, the oldest and largest bi-lingual Japanese newspaper in the U.S. He covered a variety of sports from youth leagues to the pros and everything in between.
Sakura Kokumai is a Team USA Karate athlete, Olympian, and one of the world’s top competitors in kata. She made history as the first American to qualify for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games in karate’s Olympic debut, and became the only female athlete to have represented the sport from the US.
Jay played Division 1 college basketball at Pepperdine University for 5 years. During his tenure as a student-athlete, Jay progressed from a walk-on athlete to a full-ride scholarship player by his senior year. He currently works at Capital Group as an Investment Operations Analyst.

Lori Okimura is an international sports executive focused on Olympic and Paralympic impact for the past 35 years. She served as the first Asian American Pacific Islander Female President and Board Chair of USA Volleyball and was inducted to their Hall of Fame in 2019. Okimura served as the first Female and Asian American Pacific Islander President, and Sport Director of World ParaVolley, as well as a Vice President and International Technical Official for the Paralympics, and continues her career with an emphasis on athlete safeguarding, event management, and governance reform.
