Stronger Together

During this unprecedented time, we're committed to sharing resources and information to help protect and support the community. To the many talented crafters and creators in our community, we hope to empower you to assist where you can and use your abilities to help others!

Medical professionals and healthcare workers on the front lines are facing a shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE) necessary to treat patients as COVID-19 spreads globally. And, in a growing number of cities, along with social distancing and washing hands, wearing a mask while out is recommended.

More than ever this is the time for us to join together to support one another and those in need!

We Need Handmade Masks

We Need Handmade Masks is a Google document compiled by the U.C. Berkeley School of Public Health, providing a comprehensive list of hospitals and facilities across the United States seeking handmade masks. Find a location closest to you and get in touch directly for donations.

#GetUsPPE has built a national, centralized platform to enable communities to get PPE to healthcare providers on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic. They provide a map of facilities in need of PPE as well as a guide to the types of PPE most needed.

Masks for Heroes

Masks for Heroes has created a database of facilities in need of PPE across the globe. While they do not accept monetary donations, they use their platform to help hospitals and care centers be heard and encourage the community to provide what they can.

Emergency Design Collective

Emergency Design Collective is dedicated to generating solutions to find new ways of working, caring for others and accessing critical tools. Their projects seek to empower the community with knowledge and projects to protect themselves and provide PPE to those in need.
